With just over 935 ski able acres on some of the sweetest snow conditions in the Rockies Fortress Mountain runs off two mountain sides and up another mountain on the backside. The mountain is serviced by four, newly renovated lifts (Triple Chair, 2 Double Chairs, and 2 T-bars) and has a terrain breakdown of 20% beginner, 50% intermediate and 30% advanced.

For those of you who don't know, Fortress is having a strugle opening this year due to the provincial government trying to close them down. Thousands of people and various skiing websites have already joined in the fight against the government to reopen our ski resort. I'm asking for you the people and this website to join the fight and help keep our hill open.
