Big White is situated on the edge of the Monashee mountains, a mere 56 km from Kelowna, the largest city in the Okanagan Valley. The village accommodates Canada's most modern totally ski-in/ski-out resort properties and provides you with everything you'll need for a great vacation within walking distance. This year we've added a new six-person chairlift, the 'Snow Ghost Express' to our 15 other express chairs, gondola, and surface lifts, offering one of the most comfortable lift systems in North America which guarantees you short lines.

For your family, Big White has everything and it's all at exceptionally affordable prices. With over 17,000 on-mountain beds there's one for every taste. Hotels, luxury apartments, modern mountain vacation homes and even themed log cabins, most with private outdoor hot tubs dot the landscape. Last year Big White was featured on Channel 7's 'The Great Outdoors' which boasted the famous snow, slope-side restaurants, modern accommodation and our ample after skiing activities. There's even a flaming shot gun coffee drink at Canada's award winning restaurant and bar Snowshoe Sam's.

If you have skied or boarded at Big White, please feel free to share your experiences.
